Three pillars that belong together

Visibility, trust and engineering cannot be solved separately. A fast website with nothing to say is worthless. Great content on a slow site is too. So we work on all three layers at once.

01 / SEO

Precision SEO

Not keyword scattering, architecture. We build the technical and editorial structure that lets search engines and AI systems understand what you stand for. Visibility follows from that, rather than from a trick.

AI-assisted search made this far more important. Systems that summarise answers need machine-readable structure. Anyone who does not supply it does not get cited, no matter how good the underlying offering is.

What it covers

  • Technical audit and remediation
  • Content architecture and topic clusters
  • Structured data to Schema.org
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile
  • Internal linking and site architecture
  • Core Web Vitals and indexability
  • Monthly visibility reporting

02 / Reputation

Reputation management

What comes up when someone searches your name decides the deal, before you ever get into the room. Most companies leave that picture to chance and then wonder why enquiries dry up.

We treat reputation as what it is: a sales channel you can steer. That includes preparing for the uncomfortable cases before they happen.

What it covers

  • Inventory of every mention
  • Review strategy and collection process
  • Monitoring across relevant platforms
  • Brand presence in search and AI answers
  • Response playbook for critical cases
  • Building credible references
  • Training your team to handle it

03 / Architecture

Web architecture

Built to fit, not clicked together from a template. Fast, accessible, legally sound, and structured so you can still use it in five years.

We deliberately use portable technology with no proprietary lock-in. Code, content and data are yours. If you ever want to leave, another agency can take the site over within a working day. That is inconvenient for us and right for you.

What it covers

  • Company websites and landing pages
  • Relaunch of existing sites
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Load time under 2.5 seconds
  • Editorial system with training
  • EU hosting, Germany only on request
  • Hosting, maintenance and monitoring

Method

Four phases, no guesswork

At any point you know what we are working on, what it costs and when it ships. Scope is fixed after phase 1. That is why our commitments hold.

Start with phase 1
  1. Phase 01

    Analysis

Full technical audit, competitive comparison, visibility analysis and accessibility review. You end up with a prioritised action plan including effort estimates, which is yours to keep even if you do not continue with us.

    3 to 5 days
  2. Phase 02

    Architecture

Information architecture, design system and technical concept. You see a clickable prototype before a single line of production code exists. Two revision rounds are planned in.

    1 to 2 weeks
  3. Phase 03

    Build

Development, content migration, structured data and QA. Before launch we run a binding checklist: performance, accessibility, privacy, browser compatibility. You receive the test report.

    2 to 6 weeks
  4. Phase 04

    Growth

The real work starts after launch: continuous optimisation, content, monitoring and a monthly report showing what moved and what is next.

Frequent questions

What clients ask before signing

Because any price we could put here would be too high for some visitors and too low for others. We want to be a growth partner, and that means first understanding where you are and where you want to go. After that you get an offer with clear line items and a total you know before you commit. No timesheets, no additions outside the agreed scope.

A landing page ships in two weeks, a full company website in four to five. The date is in the quote and it is binding. The condition is that you deliver content and approvals on the agreed dates. We say this explicitly at kick-off, because that is where delays almost always come from.

Since 28 June 2025, electronically provided consumer services must be accessible, particularly online shops, booking systems and customer accounts. Austria implements this as the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG) with penalties up to 80,000 euros, Germany as the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) with up to 100,000. Both implement the same EU directive 2019/882, so the technical requirements are identical. Microenterprises with fewer than ten staff providing only services are exempt. Whether that applies to you is a legal question we are not qualified to answer definitively. So we build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard, and then the question mostly does not arise.

Exclusively within the European Union, and in Germany only if you ask for it. Every subprocessor is named in the data processing agreement. We do not embed external font CDNs and we use cookieless analytics, which for most projects removes the consent requirement and with it the cookie banner.

You get everything: source code, content, database, credentials and the domain. We deliberately use portable technology with no lock-in, so another agency can take your site over within a working day. For ongoing work we agree a minimum term which is stated transparently in the offer.

Fair question, and we would rather answer it honestly than with invented numbers. What you get: measurable commitments that are verifiable in the handover report, an offer that caps your risk, and an initial assessment that lets you judge how we work. If that is not enough for you, that is completely fine.

Which pillar is weakest for you?

Usually one conversation is enough to find out. After that you know where the biggest lever sits, whether or not you work with us.
